Why We Give
God calls us to give Him our first and best.
Tithing is bringing the first 10 percent of our income back to God. It is a way of worship to God by showing Him that we trust His word. It is also a way to protect our hearts from greed. By bringing the tithe back to God, we remind ourselves that everything we have comes from Him.
